ECLIPSE - (Dark roast)
This Peaberry varietal from the Mbeya region in Tanzania isthe rare, natural genetic mutation (occurs in only 5% of all coffee grown globally) where only one tiny coffee seed develops in the coffee cherry instead of the normal two. A delicacy resulting in a denser, sweeter, more intense flavor.
